Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, with any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on okspin.ph. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed without exception. Winnings accumulated on an underage account are not payable and will be forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on okspin.ph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including bonuses and pending withdrawals.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): okspin.ph complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. Suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting okspin.ph support. Account closure requests must be submitted from your registered email address or mobile number for verification purposes. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Inactive account balances — where no login has occurred for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee as notified to the account holder's registered contact details.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of okspin.ph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with okspin.ph support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for review through its established player complaint process. Any litigation not resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any claim against okspin.ph must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period are permanently barred.

14. Changes to These Terms

okspin.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominently displaying a notice on the okspin.ph platform, no less than 14 days before the changes take effect (except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory instruction).
